Pivoting from Fellowship to PPiA Praxis Programme

The Aspirational District Fellowship, launched in 2018 to support the Ministry of Home Affairs, achieved significant success at the district, state, and central levels. The success of TADF led to the expansion of fellowship offerings, including programmes like HSTF, ADF-Niti Aayog, PPiA Fellowship, etc.

Learnings from these fellowships shaped Public Policy in Action Praxis Residency Programme, which offers young professionals the opportunity to engage in high-impact government programmes in districts and equips them with academic frameworks provided by global faculty to inject fresh perspectives. The programme aims to cultivate a young cadre of public policy enthusiasts with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary adaptive leadership experience.
