Admission at PPiA Praxis Programme

Admissions

Interested candidates are selected through a rigorous and highly competitive 5-step recruitment process that includes the following steps in the given order:

Resume & SOP Shortlisting

Filling out the application form in the portal. The form collects basic information, resume details and three descriptive statement of purpose questions.

Online Assessment Test

Candidates who clear the first step are given an online assessment test. The test is used to analyse the cognitive competencies of the candidate.

Written Assignment

Makes up 15% of the weightage. Candidates are asked to provide a synopsis/ synthesis on the basis of a pre-recorded discussion on the latest policy trends.

Group Discussion

This round makes up 40% of the weightage and candidates are assigned two case studies. This round allows us to assess their social, emotional and intellectual maturity.

Personal Interview

This round represents 20% of the weightage. To gauge their suitability for the role, candidates are interviewed by our panel.

Eligibility Process

  • 30 years old or younger

  • Graduate degree from a recognised university in any discipline

  • Minimum of two years of full-time professional experience

  • Strong commitment to social justice and equity, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives on historical and contemporary issues

  • Passionate desire to challenge the status quo and to address complex, multidimensional issues in remote, rural areas of India.
